Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory testing, analysis, and evaluation of raw materials, chemicals, in-process products, and finished products
• Record, maintain, and prepare laboratory reports, test results, and related documentation
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Monitor chemical usage, inventory, and proper storage according to safety regulations
• Calibrate, maintain, and ensure laboratory equipment is functioning properly
• Investigate abnormal results, non-conformance, and support corrective actions
• Support internal audits, external audits, and certification activities
• Coordinate with production and QA departments to ensure product quality and process compliance
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to laboratory processes and product quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Science, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in laboratory, QA/QC, or manufacturing environment (rubber glove industry experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge in laboratory testing procedures, chemical handling, and quality control methods
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, laboratory documentation, and audit requirements will be an added advantage
• Able to handle laboratory equipment, testing instruments, and sample analysis
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
