全职 Service Engineer 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 4,000, Infinity Medical Selangor 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipment.
• Field troubleshooting and repair products at customers’ site.
• To serve and to assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues.
• To deliver training to the customer when required.
• Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
• Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
• Perform preparation, installation and commissioning of machines.
• Provide feedback to divisions on customer’s experience, division, products quality issue and any improvement suggestion.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 1 year working experience in service and fresh graduates with keen interest will be considered as training is provided.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful and self-motivated.
• Computer literate is a compulsory.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Applicant should have full working rights in Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
