Position: T&C Manager

Job Description:

• Managing the Commissioning process from preparation of commissioning tracker, organizing commissioning workshops, technical due diligence design review, developing commissioning strategy and plan, attending factory & site acceptance testing, technical issues resolution, commissioning close out and turn over process.

• Review of Detail Design, Basis of design, System Sequence of Operation, vendor Test Script.

• Drafting of customized testing and commissioning plan for Integrated systems test (IST) and Heat Load Test (HLT).

• Reviewing of submitted test scripts and liaise with Cx Agent for timely approval.

• Lead T&C meetings, ensuring LLE and domestic vendors submittals are in order.

• Prepare testing and commissioning execution plan up to IST & HLT, meeting the Datacentre’s needs and project specifications.

• Lead, manage, monitor and coordinate vendors T&C activities by outlining requirements and expectations throughout the entire T&C lifecycle.

• Creating, updating and maintaining best safety, quality, testing, and commissioning practices to achieve cost-effective solutions.

• Establish Commissioning Procedures and standards and making regular construction site inspections to review safety, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning process.

• Shall have effective communication skills and reports regularly on QA/QC, Commissioning progress, Issues, and KPI metrics to management.

• Shall manage Cx meetings and Cx activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned.

• Accountable for developing, managing, and reporting on safety, scope, schedule, and budget of the Commissioning Process.

• Creating and submitting the final IST report upon IST completion [if part of the scope]

• Helping the Uptime Institute Requirements mandatory to achieve Constructed Facility Certification (TCCF) if part of the scope.

• Collaborate with Project Team for project handover after successful completion of IST.

• To report the progress and the risks to the project management and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the job status Job Requirements Educational.T&C Manager

Pay: RM2,595.40 - RM15,070.91 per month
