We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support the sales team in managing local customer accounts, sales operations, and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to sales processes in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in customer engagement, order processing, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing local customer inquiries and orders
- Support preparation of sales quotations, invoices, and delivery coordination
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Monitor order status and liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, finance)
- Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Support customer follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Participate in sales meetings and assist in documentation and minutes taking
- Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Willing to work in Klang/Setia Alam and possess own transport for commuting.
