About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Admin to join our team at ALAM REKA BINA SDN BHD. Based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, this full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our projects. What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support to project managers and team members

2. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events

3. Maintaining and organising project documentation, files, and records

4. Assisting with the preparation of project reports and presentations

5. Handling project-related correspondence and communication

6. Providing general office support as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or project support role

2. Excellent organisational and time management skills

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
