Due to expansion, we are seeking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions and drive operational improvements.

 The ideal candidate should have strong foundation in SQL, Excel, MS Access, statistics and data visualization, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL, ensuring data quality and readiness for analysis

• Monitor data integrity and escalate system or data issues to the software team to ensure ongoing data accuracy and reliability

• Design and maintain database tables and Excel-based data upload tools to capture additional management-required information to meet operational reporting needs

• Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards in Excel to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tools and enhance processes that drive operational improvements and business growth

• Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends, patterns and insights that support business decisions

• Provide training and ongoing support to colleagues on analytical tools, dashboards, and process updates to promote adoption and team efficiency

• Maintain organized and up-to-date knowledge sharing platforms such as Notion and Whimsical to support operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong foundation in SQL, Excel, MS Access, statistics, and data visualization

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Possess good communication skills and bilingual in English Language & Mandarin due to work associates
