Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure timely issuance of shipping documents, material deliveries, and logistics instructions for offshore/onshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Liaise closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and offshore personnel to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery of critical materials and equipment.
• Support Procurement Manager in expediting activities, vendor coordination, and logistics planning for Oil & Gas operations.
• Prepare and monitor expediting reports, supplier progress updates, delivery schedules, and shipment status for project materials and equipment.
• Arrange import/export logistics, customs clearance, and transportation for Oil & Gas materials, tools, valves, piping, instrumentation, and project equipment.
• Monitor supplier performance, logistics providers, and transportation contractors to ensure compliance with project timelines and operational requirements.
• Ensure all customs declarations, permits, and shipping documentation comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vessel agents, port authorities, and carriers to obtain Notice of Arrival (NOA) and ensure smooth marine logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain logistics tariff rates, freight cost analysis, and transportation records.
• Assist in annual vendor evaluations and performance assessments for approved Oil & Gas suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare logistics and procurement documentation for internal audits, client audits, and compliance purposes.
• Ensure close monitoring of critical delivery dates to avoid project delays, shutdown impacts, or operational disruptions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Marine Studies, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, or Heavy Engineering industry.
• Familiar with Oil & Gas project logistics, import/export procedures, customs regulations, and offshore material coordination.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, freight forwarding, and vendor expediting processes.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/procurement systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of solving operational issues effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Flexible, professional, result-oriented, and able to work under tight project deadlines with high integrity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
