Part-Time Real Estate Assistant
Job Description:
Assist in property advertising and online posting
Coordinate customer enquiries and follow-up
Arrange property viewing appointments
Support basic documentation and administration work
Assist in communication between clients and team members
Update property listings and reporting records
Support marketing and promotional activities

Responsible and responsive attitude
Good communication and follow-up skills
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
Able to follow company SOP and instructions
Basic computer and WhatsApp skills
Able to work independently and coordinate with team
Experience Preferred:
Basic real estate or sales experience is an advantage
Fresh applicants are welcome
Social media or marketing knowledge is a bonus
Basic property knowledge preferred
Own transportation preferred
Work Arrangement:
Flexible working hours
Part-time opportunity
Work from home / site coordination support
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
