Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive, Operations to manage day-to-day operations including weighbridge activities, logistics planning, and reporting. This role requires proven experience in logistics, customer service, and team development—preferably within the palm oil industry or used cooking oil (UCO).

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead daily operations including weighbridge activities, bulk tanker receiving & dispatch

· Plan and manage logistics, manpower allocation, and raw material stock movement

· Ensure all contracts are fulfilled and closed within the contractual timeframe

· Coordinate weighbridge maintenance and external calibration activities

· Act as a key point of contact for internal and external coordination to resolve customer/buyer issues

· Manage and develop team members to improve performance, productivity, and operational excellence

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration or any relevant field

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, logistics planning, or customer service

· Experience in the palm oil industry or used cooking oil (UCO) is highly preferred

· Strong in people management, customer service, planning, and reporting

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

- Willing to work in I-City Shah Alam Selangor

- Willing to work 5.5 days in a week

- Willing to travel in Semenanjung Malaysia
