Social Media Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook);

· To schedule and publish posts consistently using social media tools;

· To monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities;

· To respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any area of studies;

· Minimum 1 year of experience working in social media management or content creation;

· Proficient in photo and video editing using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools;

· Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook;

· Creative, up-to-date with current social media trends, and able to maintain brand consistency;

· Good communication and writing skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia;

· MANDATORY: Please provide portfolio of your works or links to social media or pages you have managed.

*Opportunity for permanent position and salary increment upon successful performance during probation.
