We are looking for an Apprentice, Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis activities. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights that support business decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive process efficiencies. You will also gain exposure to management reporting, financial planning cycles, and digitalization initiatives within the finance function. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support end-to-end financial planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, estimates, and forecast plans to support business decisions.
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insights and value-added support.
  • Support alignment of financial activities with business and organizational objectives.
  • Assist in operational cost management and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Prepare management reports, business performance analysis, and variance commentaries.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare scorecards and analytical reports for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Ensure effective internal controls and accuracy of financial records and balances.
  • Support digitalization initiatives and planning system enhancements, including Anaplan.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related projects and audits.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc finance tasks, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

  • A passionate and driven individual with strong interest in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Basic knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • A team player with positive attitude and initiative to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or equivalent).
  • Able to commit to apprenticeship duration of 6 months.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
