Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process such as coordinating and scheduling interview sessions with hiring managers;
- Assist in the collection of documents for branches hiring and prepare the personal files;
- Follow up with staff for the acknowledged copies of the correspondent letters;
- Prepare letters and assist in filling the documents;
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events;
- Support the Human Resource Department in its daily operations and administrative matters as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- Internship positions for 6 months
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good team player with the right attitude
