Provide monitoring, maintenance and 1st layer troubleshooting and support for the following functions and critical services
General Tasks
Setup of new user and PCs
IT Asset Control and Inventory Update list
Periodic evaluation of log files and error codes
Helpdesk for user access
Client PC and Printing
Monthly Exceptions report
RMA management and vendor management
Ad-hoc duties i.e. Setup of training equipments, project meetings etc
To report to any designated personnel from the client and HQ
Requirements
Should have 2-3 years’ experience in desktop support
Minimum diploma in IT Science. Preferably with MCSE or CCNA certifications. Training and guidance will be provided for server maintenance and server software troubleshooting
Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
