Join Our Team as an R&D Assistant (Food Industry)

Selayang & Serendah / Manufacturing Environment

Are you passionate about food innovation, product development, and lab work?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Assistant to support our dynamic R&D/Application team in creating and improving exciting food products.

If you’re a SPM leaver or Diploma Holder with strong interest, this is your opportunity to grow your career in the food manufacturing industry

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our R&D team, you will:

• Support new & existing product formulation development
• Assist in product testing & sensory evaluation (taste, texture, appearance)
• Perform basic laboratory tests (moisture, pH, density, etc.)
• Prepare samples for internal testing, customer submission & stability studies
• Maintain proper lab housekeeping & hygiene standards
• Manage R&D samples, documentation & reports
• Support raw material evaluation & verification
• Assist in product trials, process improvements & data recording
• Help manage R&D inventory (materials, chemicals, consumables)

What We’re Looking For

Minimum SPM / Diploma (any field)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word, Email)
Strong interest in food science / product development / lab work
Good teamwork & ability to work independently
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Added Advantages

Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English
Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, HALAL, or food regulations
Experience in food manufacturing or lab environment
