岗位职责
Responsibilities
- To assist Server Infra Engineer Lead in designing, implementing and supporting server infrastructure
- To install, test and configure servers, storage, OS and virtulization
- To troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify any server infrastructure related issues when required
- Protects computer assets by developing security strategies while directing system control development and access management, monitoring, control, and evaluation.
- Work will include both “in-house” and in the field as and when required
Requirements
- Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Posses own transport and willing to travel to perform on-site technical support
- Possess good understanding in Storage and Backup Technologies
- Possess good understanding in Networking Protocols and Technologies
- Have good command of English in both written and verbal
- Knowledgable with server hardware and software
- Knowledgable with networking terms
- Able to write and maintain technical documents, analysis reports, general reports when required
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and able to prioritize work accordingly
- Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen
