Job Responsibilities
- Source and identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Request and compare quotations (RFQ) to obtain the best price and quality.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of goods.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or production team.
- Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
- Assist in cost control and supplier evaluation.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
