- Support Payroll: Help prepare payroll by providing data on absences, etc.
Employee Relations
- Answer Questions: Respond to employee questions about HR policies and benefits.
- Engagement: Help organize employee activities and events.
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, manage correspondence, and order office supplies and help with various HR projects.
Communication
- Internal Communication: Help share HR information with employees.
- Liaison Role: Act as a link between employees and HR.
Learning and Development
- Professional Development: Continuously learn and develop HR skills.
- Screen Resumes: Look through resumes to find good candidates.
- Schedule Interviews: Arrange interview times.
- Onboarding: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation.
