Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to oversee daily hotel operations, with a strong focus on Front Office and Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational flow, maintain high service standards, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
- Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping Managers and provide operational support
- Stand in and assist respective department managers in their absence to ensure continuity of operations
- Ensure all departments adhere to company policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Prepare operational reports and support management in decision-making
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations (Front Office or Housekeeping preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of hotel systems and operational procedures
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
