Customer Service Executive (Logistics)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with strong knowledge of logistics operations. The ideal candidate must understand end-to-end logistics processes and be able to communicate effectively with customers, transporters, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, delivery status, and logistics operations
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
- Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or missing shipments efficiently
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipping records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain customer service
- Strong understanding of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (ERP/WMS is an advantage)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
