Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, machines, and seating areas
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Stock and restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, cups, and syrups
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training may be provided)
- Knowledge of coffee beverages and brewing methods is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
