Location: Pusat Perdagangan Subang Mas, 47620 Subang Jaya

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 - 1730)

Employment Type : 6 months contract with PERSOL

Salary Range : RM2,300 – RM2,800 (based on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Clerk to support daily operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, especially in sales order handling and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales orders and invoices to support the sales team
• Maintain and track records using Excel for accuracy and reporting
• Create sales orders for accrued revenue & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation at all times
• Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or billing functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
