Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior IT Helpdesk Executive / Team Lead to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to handle team responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to users
- Handle multiple support requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Support team coordination (for Team Lead responsibilities)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
- Experience with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team handling experience is an added advantage
- Interest in learning new technologies
Qualification
- Diploma in IT or related field preferred

- Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable)
