Key Responsibilities :

• Perform functional, regression, and basic integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on requirements and user stories.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and work closely with developers on resolution.
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing to ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Prepare and maintain technical, functional, and user documentation, including system guides and process flows.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date in line with system changes.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to understand system behavior and requirements.
• Support UAT activities and assist in preparing release documentation when required.

Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in QA testing and/or technical documentation.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools, preferably Jira.
• Experience creating technical or functional documentation.
• Basic understanding of web or software systems, including frontend and backend concepts.
• Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
