Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to support our marketing and media team in producing engaging visual content across e-commerce, social media, and retail environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, trends, and hands-on brand execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visuals for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada (product banners, thumbnails, promo visuals)
• Create social media content (TikTok covers, Instagram posts, stories, ads)
• Assist in product listing design (infographics, size charts, feature highlights)
• Support campaign visuals for sales events (11.11, 12.12, Raya, Back to School, etc.)
• Design retail materials such as:
• -Posters & promotional signage
• -In-store banners & price displays
• -Event visuals (booth, bunting, standees)
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across online & offline touchpoints
• Edit and resize images for different platforms
• Collaborate with marketing team on creative concepts & campaign direction
• Assist in basic video editing (optional but a bonus)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
• Good sense of design, color, typography, and layout
• Familiar with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
