Job Details:

Position : Moonshine Technician

Company industry : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : 3 shift rotation : Monday – Friday (0700 - 1445/ 1500 - 2300/ 2300 – 0700) & Saturday (0700 – 1445)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOL (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM2,500 - RM3,000 with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement + shift allowance RM175 + productivity allowance RM225 + overtime

Interview Mode: Face-to-face

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and assemble frameworks using Creform / steel materials
• Interpret and assemble based on engineering drawings
• Prepare material lists for improvement requirements
• Participate in iterative improvement (try‑storming) activities
• Work closely with Lean, Materials & Production teams
• Incorporate feedback to improve and sustain designs
• Provide cross‑team support when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of Lean principles / shop floor kaizen
• Exposure in MRO environment as Fitter / Technician is an advantage
• Creative problem‑solver with hands‑on mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Minimum SKM Level 3 / Engineering Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience , hands on in welding , fabrication work
• Willing to work rotating shifts / weekends
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
