• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer and laptop hardware/software issues.
• Repair and replace parts (screen, keyboard, battery, motherboard, etc.) with accuracy.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and basic applications.
• Perform data backup and recovery while ensuring customer data privacy.
• Provide customer support by explaining issues and solutions in simple language.
• Prepare repair quotations and update job status in the system.
• Maintain repair quality and speed (minimum 24-hour completion when possible).
• Follow SOP and safety guidelines to avoid errors or device damage.
• Document all repairs and keep service records properly.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and work as a team to solve complex cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
