We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Product Assistant to support our Buying and Product teams in managing product data, stock flow, and promotional activities across our retail stores. You’ll work closely with Buyers, Planners, and Suppliers to ensure accurate product setup, pricing, and communication between teams.

This role also provides the opportunity to work with international teams based in Australia, offering exposure to how a large-scale, big-box retail operation runs.

Requirements:

• A good command of both spoken and written English is required.
• Much be comfortable in learning new systems or tech-savvy.
• Intermediate Excel skills required (formulas, filtering, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Retail experience is desirable (store or HQ).
• Able to start work early (7AM daily).
• Open to fresh grads with strong admin & Excel capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
