Production Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in accordance with the approved MPS to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and resources effectively based on MPS requirements and production priorities.
- Monitor production progress against plan and address operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and delays.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements.
MPS & ERP-Driven Operations
- Execute daily production strictly according to the MPS and released work orders.
- Ensure all production activities are accurately planned, executed, and recorded in the ERP system.
- Enforce discipline in ERP usage, including work order execution, material issuance, production reporting, and job completion.
- Work closely with Planning, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment between MPS, material availability, and shopfloor availability, and shopfloor execution.
- Identify gaps between MPS, physical production, and ERP records, and take corrective action in a timely manner.
Quality & Compliance
- Assist implementation on RBA/QMS practice, ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications before release.
- Coordinate with QA/QC on inspections, non-conformance handling, and corrective actions.
- Promote continuous improvement in production efficiency, consistency, and quality performance.
- Enforce strict adherence to clean room protocols, including gowning procedures, material handling, housekeeping, and personnel behavior to prevent contamination.
People Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate production operators and team leaders.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline on the shopfloor (Clean Room & Workshop).
- Provide guidance, performance feedback, and on-the-job coaching to improve execution and compliance.
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously review and improve clean room workflows, layouts, and material movement to minimize contamination risks while improving operational efficiency.
- Support process improvements, lean initiatives, and MPS/ERP process enhancements.
- Escalate recurring production or system issues with practical, data-backed recommendations.
