R&D Executive / Scientist

(Formulation | Regulatory Awareness | Evidence-Based Nutrition)

Kytans Nutrition develops clinically aligned nutrition products built on real research, proper specifications, and regulatory compliance — not marketing shortcuts.

We’re looking for an R&D Executive / Scientist who understands that a good formula is not just effective, but also regulatorily defensible, reproducible, and honest.

This role bridges science, formulation, and regulatory awareness (RA).

Your Role

You will be involved in product formulation, research validation, and regulatory alignment, ensuring all formulations:

• Are supported by credible research
• Meet local regulatory requirements
• Are feasible for real-world manufacturing

This is not a “copy-paste ingredient” role.
It requires critical thinking and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate bioactive ingredients based on published studies
• Translate research data into compliant, realistic formulations
• Ensure formulations align with regulatory frameworks (RA-aware)
• Review ingredient specifications, COA, and supplier documentation
• Support product claims with evidence-based justification
• Work closely with manufacturers on formulation feasibility
• Identify potential regulatory or safety risks early
• Assist in product documentation, technical write-ups, and internal SOPs
• Stay updated on nutrition science, formulation trends, and regulations

Regulatory & Compliance Scope

• Understand basic Regulatory Affairs (RA) principles for supplements
• Ensure ingredient selection and dosage comply with applicable regulations
• Flag non-compliant ingredients, dosages, or claims
• Support internal review for label accuracy and claim responsibility
• Coordinate with RA / QA when needed (local or regional)

(Deep RA specialization not required, but strong awareness is essential.)

What We’re Looking For

• Background in:
• Nutrition Science
• Food Science
• Biotechnology
• Pharmaceutical Science
• Biomedical or related fields
• Strong ability to interpret scientific literature
• Understanding of dosage relevance (not just ingredient presence)
• Familiar with supplement formulation principles
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements is required
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and documentation-driven
• Interest in evidence-based nutrition & functional ingredients
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus

Fresh graduates with strong academic fundamentals and research skills are welcome, our experienced team will guide the Know-How process.
