We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software development and system integration projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, vendors)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Conduct regular meetings, sprint planning, and progress reviews
• Ensure compliance with company standards, governance, and security practices

Requirements

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in project management (preferably in software/IT projects)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing web, mobile, or enterprise system projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
