Role Overview: At Ariyes Online, Odoo Developers take ownership of code quality while defining and prioritizing projects, introducing new technologies as required, and analyzing customer needs. The role involves designing and developing solutions using Odoo, enhancing and configuring applications, and creating features that support business requirements. As an Odoo Developer at Ariyes Online, you’ll be a key player in driving technical excellence and building custom Odoo modules that cater to various business needs.

Experience: 1-4 Yrs (ODOO Knowledge and Experience is must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Design and develop Odoo apps, including new module development and customization.
• Deliver high-quality software that aligns with specific designs and requirements within deadlines.
• Enhance and configure features and functionalities to support evolving business needs.
• Participate actively in Odoo-related projects and contribute to the community.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What Are We Looking For?

• Proficiency in Python programming and SQL language.
• Familiarity with the Odoo framework and experience in module customization.
• JavaScript development.
• Experience working on Linux systems is a bonus.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Passion for software design, development, and contributing to Open Source projects.
• Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
