Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance and implement upgrades when necessary.
• Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures and best practices.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including system monitoring, vulnerability assessments and data protection measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures.
• Assist in IT projects, including system implementations, migrations and integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
