Responsibility & Authority

· Assist the Production Engineer in planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities.

· Support the implementation of production processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedule.

· Provide technical support to operators, machinists, and other production staff.

· Analyze production data and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and quality performance.

· Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes by applying technical knowledge, coordinating with suppliers, and gathering feedback from operators.

· Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

· Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

· Train, supervise, and manage production line workers

· Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality

· Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently within customer due date.

· To implement & maintain Quality Management System requirement.

· To ensure safety and health regulations are observe at all time.

· To Ensure the Ground Floor area is kept clean, organized and free from hazards in accordance with company standards.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of company, product, and customer-related information.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering or equivalent.

· At least 3 years experience in manufacturing process environment.

· Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, production instructions, and SOPs.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
