Responsibilities:
- Review and screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions and assisting with new hire documentation.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and general HR matters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and well-being programs, such as festive celebrations and internal events.
- Coordinate internal training activities, including liaising with training providers and managing logistics.
- Support payroll processes through basic payroll calculations and manage medical-related arrangements.
- Oversee social media platforms by designing visually compelling and engaging posters to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage well with employees across all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks.
- Commencement date starting from September 2026.
