Job Purpose

The Warehouse Support role is responsible for assisting in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify against delivery documents
• Assist in unloading, sorting, and storing items in designated locations
• Pick and pack orders according to delivery schedules
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and recorded
• Conduct stock counting and assist in inventory control activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area (5S practice)
• Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
• Able to lift heavy items and perform physical work
• Basic understanding of inventory or stock handling
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willing to work in shifts if required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
