We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside our Admin Manager, with potential for career advancement.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee general office administration tasks
- Assist on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely disbursement
- Administer statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
- Handle taxation matters and maintain proper documentation
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Process staff claims and reimbursements
- Provide administrative support to the company
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experienced in bookkeeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Good communication skills in English
- Meticulous attention to detail
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
