- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, client updates, and documentation for campaigns, ensuring all communications and agreements are properly recorded.
- Administrative Support: Assist with drafting proposals, contracts, invoices, and marketing plans for new and ongoing projects.
2. Client Management & Relationship Building
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for property developer clients, ensuring clear and regular communication through meetings, calls, and email.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients by understanding their unique property development needs.
- Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or challenges raised by clients, offering timely solutions and adjustments to their marketing strategies.
3. Client Retention & Upselling
- Client Retention: Ensure ongoing satisfaction by monitoring the performance of client campaigns, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements to drive better results.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, such as expanding digital marketing efforts, event management, or introducing new advertising solutions.
- Client Feedback & Adaptation: Continuously seek and act on client feedback to adjust strategies, ensuring long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction.
4. Property Development Marketing Expertise
- Market Understanding: Stay up-to-date on property development trends, target market segments, and competitor activities to create relevant and effective marketing strategies.
- Project Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of a property development project (pre-launch, launch, post-launch).
- Lead Generation: Utilize a mix of digital platforms (Google Ads, PropertyGuru, Facebook) and offline methods (events, brochures, billboards) to generate qualified leads for property developers.
5. Sales & Pitching
- Pitch Preparation: Create customized proposals and marketing pitches that address property developers’ needs, demonstrating value through case studies and past successes.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, using visuals, data, and storytelling to convey the benefits of the agency’s services.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle client negotiations effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successfully closing deals.
6. Marketing Campaign Development & Execution
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Work with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, including branding, digital marketing, event activation, and showroom launches.
- Property-Focused Channels: Leverage property-specific platforms and media to reach the target audience, ensuring campaigns are optimized for lead generation and awareness.
- Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor ongoing campaigns for effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance data and client feedback.
7. Handling Property-Specific Events
- Showroom & Launch Events: Plan and manage property developer events such as showroom tours, sales gallery openings, and property launches to attract potential buyers and clients.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure events are executed smoothly, aligned with client expectations and marketing objectives.
8. Industry Knowledge & Competitor Insights
- Real Estate Market Knowledge: Stay informed on real estate market trends, property buyer behavior, and competitive developments to better advise clients and tailor marketing strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors’ marketing efforts and property offerings, helping clients differentiate their projects in a competitive market.
9. Client Retention, Renewals & Growth
- Renewals & Contract Negotiation: Work proactively to renew client contracts by demonstrating the value of previous campaigns and proposing new, innovative strategies for upcoming projects.
- Client Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow client accounts by offering additional services and positioning the agency as a long-term strategic partner for property developers.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure all marketing efforts meet client objectives and deliver results.
- Client Campaign Monitoring: Ensure campaigns stay on track and meet the agreed KPIs, providing clients with regular updates on performance and upcoming opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales and client management, ideally within the property development or real estate marketing industry.
- Property Development Marketing: Strong understanding of marketing strategies for real estate, including lead generation, project lifecycle marketing, and event management.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain long-term relationships with property developers and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Pitching & Presentation Skills: Ability to develop compelling presentations and deliver them confidently to clients, showcasing the agency’s value proposition.
- Negotiation & Upselling: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and upsell additional services to existing clients.
