Job Responsibilities:

• To perform inbound / outbound calls / emails / live chat on customer enquiries in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• To advise customers on the export / import requirements to the respective destination.
• To escalate any shipments that require special handling.
• To be able to articulate issues / request that is brought up by the customer.
• To update status of issues on CRM.
• To do other tasks as advised by Management.
• To solve backend issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM in any studies.
• Possess a minimum of 1 years working experiences in the related field.
• Experience in using CRM module.
• Great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Typing Speed > 50 WPM.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin languages.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on shift working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
