Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and proactive Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate HVAC installation projects at site in Sibu, Sarawak. The candidate will assist the Project Engineer in ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise HVAC installation works at project sites
• Monitor daily site activities and manpower arrangement
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Liaise with client, consultant, main contractor, and suppliers
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and material requests
• Attend site meetings and update management on project progress
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance and workmanship quality
• Ensure site safety compliance and proper housekeeping
• Assist in project documentation, claims, variation orders (VO), and progress billing
• Ensure project completion within timeline and budget

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
