ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a young, growing creative agency looking for a talented Video Editor & Videographer to join our hybrid team. You will handle end-to-end video production — from shooting on-site to editing and delivering polished content — across multiple client brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube across multiple brands
• Handle both phone and camera videography on client shoots and events
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media clips end-to-end
• Produce motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects when required
• Collaborate with the social media team on content briefs and creative direction
• Manage multiple brand deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines

COMPENSATION

• RM 1,500 – 1,700 / month
• Internship : RM 800 - 1000 / month
• Certificate of employment provided
• Performance review at end of probation with potential raise

TOOLS & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Adobe Premiere Pro — proficient
• Adobe After Effects — working knowledge
• CapCut — proficient for mobile-first edits
• Phone videography and DSLR/mirrorless camera operations
• Understanding of content creation and social media formats

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (fresh grads welcome)
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing work across different formats
• Ability to commute to office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take creative direction (content-savvy)
