Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Building Construction field.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Data Centre Project is an advantage
• Must be able to operate Microsoft Project / Primavera 6
• Bachelor Degree in Civil preferable but Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or Construction Management Engineering can also apply

You are required to perform the work based as a scope of service. Details as below:

• Responsible for overall construction work, site planning, work programme, construction operations and management activities.
• Lead and provide guidance to the site personnel in carrying their tasks.
• To manage and administer the site office to ensure effective and efficient running of the day to day operations.
• Oversee and monitor budget control and project revenue.
• Monitor and track the master and detailed work programme in order to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
• Plan work programs and monitor implementation according to the “s” curve and ensure that progress is in accordance with physical and financial schedule.
• Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specification standards, quality guidance, safety regulation on site and contractual obligations.
• Monitor work progress, drawing status, catalogues and sample approval status.
• To monitor, check and ensure that the subcontractors appointed at site, if any for any part of the project awarded is in line with the master project schedule.
• To attend all site meetings with the clients, consultants and with the management periodically.
• To establish and maintain close rapport with the clients, consultants and other relevant external parties to ensure that the project implementation is efficient and smooth.
• To submit the monthly progress report to the management.
• Ensure claims are submitted and certified promptly.
• To undertake any additional assignments required from time to time

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
