岗位职责

Job Summary

The Project Associate will support the Commercial and Retail Business Development in coordinating and monitoring the implementation of various projects undertaken by the company.

The role involves assisting in project coordination, documentation, meeting arrangements and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities and schedules.
  • Follow up with internal teams, contractors, and consultants on project progress.
  • Support site visits, inspections and project monitoring when required.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables and progress updates.

Business Planning & Development Support

  • Assist in preparing basic project proposals, concept papers and presentation materials.
  • Conduct research and collect data related to potential project opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing information for feasibility or commercial assessments.
  • Support discussions with potential partners, consultants or vendors.
  • Record meeting summary and track follow-up action items.
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of project documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating meetings with internal and external parties including consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Support communication and follow-up on project-related matters.
  • Support internal coordination between departments involved in project implementation.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in project coordination, construction, infrastructure or related fields will have an added advantage.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on work assignments.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
