Operations Executive — Warehouse & Logistics

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations at our specialty coffee roastery. This role is critical in keeping our supply chain running smoothly — from finished goods through to our café outlets, wholesale partners, and online customers.

Supply chain flow: Finished Goods → 3PL Partners → Cafés + Wholesale Clients + Online Orders

This is a hands-on, structured role ideal for someone who takes pride in organised operations and reliable execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse & Fulfillment

• Pack, label, and dispatch finished coffee products
• Manage inventory for roasted coffee and finished goods
• Maintain accurate stock levels and proper storage
• Keep warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready

Logistics & Delivery

• Coordinate daily deliveries with 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners
• Ensure on-time delivery to cafés, wholesale clients, and online customers
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively

Operations Support

• Update and track orders, stock levels, and delivery status
• Maintain records using Excel or Google Sheets
• Identify and support improvements to warehouse and fulfillment processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates or candidates with warehouse/logistics experience are welcome
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin-speaking is required (for communication with suppliers and partners)
• Basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a bonus
