Job Responsibilities:

· Manage major retail accounts and ensure high product availability.

· Plan daily route visits and adjust strategies to increase sales.

· Identify potential areas to expand market coverage.

· Negotiate with store owners or buyers for better placement or promotions.

· Monitor product movement, expiry, and stock issues, and solve problems quickly.

· Train or guide junior sales staff when needed.

· Prepare accurate sales reports and market updates for management.

· Achieve higher-level sales targets and support overall business growth.

Job Requirements :

· At least 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or bakery sales.

· Strong negotiation and customer management skills.

· Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver strong results.

· Experienced in route planning and market expansion.

· Own transport and valid driving license.

· High level of responsibility, discipline, and initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
