Responsibilities:

• Implement hands-on operations for the entire planting process and strictly execute according to technical standards.
• Monitor the growth status of greenhouse crops and carry out the prevention and control of tomato pests and diseases.
• Guide frontline planting staff on standardized operations, correct improper planting behaviors, and assist in completing the practical components of planting technology training.
• Record crop growth information and maintain comprehensive planting records.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Pathology, Plant Science or a related field with over 10 years of practical experience in glass greenhouse/ greenhouse vegetable cultivation proficient with tomato soilless cultivation techniques.
• Capable in operating smart greenhouse equipment, skilled in recording planting and cultivation data, able to quickly troubleshoot and identify common pests and diseases.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
