Responsibilities :
- Execute project management activities and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects such as architects, consultants, contractors, local authorities, etc.
- Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary works approval.
- Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issues.
- Maintain proper records of the assigned project including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings etc.
- To attend site meeting, inspection and testing carried out by contractor and documented all the reports and results.
- To issue memo to contractors for work not comply to quality standards, construction drawings and specifications.
- To review and verify monthly work done by Contractors including variation order (if any).
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
- Monitor and control guidelines, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical supports to internal department such as Sales & Marketing and Credit Control whenever required.
- Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy, construction or property management industry.
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skill.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liase effectively with consultants, contractors and authorities.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in use of AutoCad, Revit, BIM software is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
