Customer Solutions Executive
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Working Days: 5.5 days
Salary Package: up to RM 3,500
Location: U10 Bukit Raja
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contract for assigned customers regarding warehouse operations and logistics matter
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and system updates
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular checks and reconciliation with warehouse records
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Prepare and analyze operational reports (e.g stock reports, order status, service performance)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements
- Assist in onboarding new customers, including system setup and process alignment
Requirements:
- SPM level or above
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or customer service is a plus
- Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processess
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Mandarin proficiency is a must
- Willing to work during weekends and public holiday (replacement leave will be given)
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
