Job Responsibilities.

1) Develops, implements, and oversees strategies to maintain cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, and customer standards

2) Liaise with Customer Design Engineer / SQE member for Customer requirement and new product development. Raise DFM if there are concerns or cost impact.

3) Coordinate with internal Process and engineering team for changes / improvement to fulfill customer requirements.

4) Coordinate sample build / New Product Introduction (NPI) for HDD.

5) Establish the contamination control and handling protocol of HDD & Automotive parts.

6) Establish and improving cleaning recipe for HDD & Automotive components.

7) Provide training contamination control protocol to the process owner and QA team.

8) Work with process owner for process mapping to identify the source of contamination and cleanliness improvement.

9) Accreditation of laboratory

10) Manage the lab resources and ensure the equipment running as per required.

11) Lead the team of Contamination Control & Lab Dept.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,999.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Laboratory management & Contamination Control, : 6 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
