Job Summary
The Junior Civil Engineer (PROTÉGÉ) will support the engineering and project team in planning, design, supervision, and documentation of civil engineering works. This role is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience, technical exposure, and professional development in accordance with the PROTÉGÉ programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects
- Support site supervision and monitor construction progress
- Prepare drawings, reports, and technical documentation
- Assist in quantity measurements and basic cost estimation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure works comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Participate in site meetings and inspections
- Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years working experience
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work on-site when required

Duration
As per PROTÉGÉ programme guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
