Role Overview
The Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and client projects. This role is hands-on and provides practical experience in design execution, collaboration, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design Support

• Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and e-newsletters.
• Contribute to the creation of branding materials such as posters, brochures, and presentation decks.
• Support senior designers with layout, resizing, and adaptation of creative assets.

Content Development

• Prepare visuals for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Help with ideation of creative concepts, mood boards, and mock-ups.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to align designs with campaign goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh design ideas.
• Learn and apply feedback to continuously improve design output.

File & Asset Management

• Organize and maintain design files for easy retrieval.
• Ensure accuracy in versioning and formatting across deliverables.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Good sense of visual composition, typography, and color.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
